Urban Planning for the City of Krupka

The purpose of this public contract is to develop an urban plan for the city of Krupka, in accordance with the requirements of the Czech Building Act and related regulations. The urban plan will cover the entire administrative area of Krupka, which includes several districts and has a total area of 46.88 km², with a population of 12,779 as of January 1, 2024. The contractor will collaborate with the contracting authority during discussions related to the development of the plan, including participation in public meetings and providing expert opinions. The contractor will also receive necessary support from the contracting authority, including personal consultations and feedback on the work being developed. Additionally, the contract includes comprehensive consulting services and assistance in preparing and obtaining the necessary input materials for the urban plan. The contracting authority will provide the contractor with the strategic plan for Krupka, existing urban planning documentation, and analytical materials.
