Anti-Riot Equipment for National Police and Gendarmerie

This contract involves the procurement of anti-riot shields, defense sticks, and transport covers for the national police and gendarmerie in France. The framework agreement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 includes large anti-riot shields, their covers, and defense sticks, with various components such as kits, signage, and optional repair services. Lot 2 includes small anti-riot shields with similar components. The contract is initially for three years, with a possible one-year extension, totaling a maximum of four years. The financial cap for Lot 1 is €15,876,000 and for Lot 2 is €5,632,200, totaling €21,508,200. A maximum of two suppliers will be selected, provided there are enough compliant applications and offers.
