Architecture and Engineering Services for Primary Schools in Weser-Aue

The municipality of Weser-Aue is responsible for the primary schools in the area. There is a need for expansion at the Marklohe and Wietzen primary schools, particularly to accommodate full-day operations. Initial discussions were held with the school management regarding the space concepts. Based on these discussions, a needs assessment was created, which is included in the tender documents. The estimated cost for the expansion of Marklohe Primary School is approximately €3.0 million (gross), and for Wietzen Primary School, it is estimated at around €2.5 million (gross). The implementation is planned to be completed by the end of 2026.
