Czech Republic – Exhibition Organization – Design and Implementation of CzechTourism's Exhibition at International Tourism Fairs

This public contract involves the graphic design, production, and implementation of an exhibition to promote the Czech Republic at international tourism fairs over a period of 4 years from the effective date of the contract (expected implementation period is from 2025 to 2029). The fairs will primarily target professionals (B2B), but the exhibition must also be suitable for events aimed at the general public (B2C). The exhibition will serve to present the Czech Republic as an attractive tourist destination and will allow participation from co-exhibitors from both public and private sectors, such as hotels, spa houses, travel agencies, regional tourism centers, cities, and other entities involved in inbound tourism or representing the national wealth from various sectors that the Czech Republic wishes to showcase abroad. The subject of the public contract constitutes a single functional unit. The contract includes graphic design, execution documentation for the implementer, and subsequent implementation of exhibitions at selected fairs. Participants in the procurement procedure (hereinafter referred to as the participant) are entitled to submit their offers only for the entirety of the public contract. The expected list of fairs for the period 2025 – 2029 is included in Annex 3 of this procurement documentation. The expected list of fairs for the period 2025 – 2029 has been prepared by the contracting authority based on its previous experiences and practices and is indicative. The contracting authority states that not all fairs listed in the list may be realized in the next 4 years. The contracting authority also reserves the right to include other foreign fairs not specifically mentioned in the indicative list into the fair plan for realization under the conditions set forth in these procurement conditions, especially in Annex 5 of this procurement documentation – Business Conditions – Contract. The specific fairs to be realized will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority.
