Surgical Instruments and Mesh Supplies

This contract opportunity is for the supply of surgical instruments and surgical meshes, as detailed in Annex 2 of the procurement documentation. Suppliers must provide goods that meet Polish standards aligned with European norms or those of other EEA member states. The products must have valid documentation for market approval in Poland, in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, and EU Regulation 2017/745 on medical devices (MDR), if applicable. Suppliers are required to submit current documents confirming compliance with the Medical Devices Act and that the products are approved for use in healthcare (CE certificates or declarations of conformity) based on the classification of the medical device. If the product is exempt from the aforementioned regulations, a statement must be provided along with other documents proving that the product is authorized for sale and use within the EU. This documentation must be submitted with the first delivery and updated as necessary throughout the contract duration.
