Sustainable Electricity and Compensated Gas Supply for Windesheim

Windesheim is seeking suppliers for a contract to provide sustainable electricity and compensated gas. The current contract with ENGIE Energie Nederland NV ends on December 31, 2025, and this opportunity is being re-tendered. The contract includes the supply of sustainable electricity (two connections) and compensated gas (two connections) according to the specified requirements. The administration of consumption and costs will be clearly outlined, and flexibility in the agreement regarding consumption will be provided. The locations involved in this contract are: Campus 2 to 6 in Zwolle and Praubstraat 16-18 in Zwolle. The estimated supply volume for the contract is: Sustainable electricity: 4,795 MWh/year and Compensated gas: 470,000 m³/year. Windesheim is being supported in this tender by FLINK Tendering. There will be no division into lots, as recent tenders have shown that separating gas and electricity leads to reduced competition due to fewer participants. There is little to no interest in a separate lot for just gas supply, and no separate lot will be set up for Guarantees of Origin (GvO). The transaction costs for Windesheim and potential bidders are considered disproportionate compared to the financial scope of a contract for just the supply of GvO.
