This contract involves providing maintenance services for medical equipment, specifically: 1) The PHILIPS Allura Xper FD 20C angiograph, serial number 219, along with a physiomonitoring system, installed at the Interventional Radiology Department of the SPZOZ MSWiA located at 16 Krakowska Street, Rzeszów (service for 12 months). 2) The PHILIPS Azurion 7C20 FlexArm ORT angiograph, serial number 211, along with a physiomonitoring system, installed in the Hybrid Operating Room of the SPZOZ MSWiA located at 16 Krakowska Street, Rzeszów (service for 36 months).
