Catering Services for Jahnstadion Regensburg

The Jahnstadion Regensburg has had two different regional catering companies exclusively operating since its opening. The current contract will expire on June 30, 2025. A new contract will be awarded starting July 1, 2025, for a duration of two years (until June 30, 2027). The contract may be automatically extended up to three times for one additional year each (the latest possible contract end date would be June 30, 2030), unless terminated in writing by either party with a notice period of nine months before the respective contract end date (June 30, 2027; June 30, 2028; June 30, 2029). The contract involves the exclusive catering services for all food and beverage areas within the arena. A high-quality and efficient catering service provider is being sought. The catering areas include: Public Catering (on match days), Business Catering (on match days), and Catering for third-party events (outside of match days).
