Dolj County - Dairy Products Supply for Schools

This framework agreement aims to supply and distribute milk and dairy products for preschoolers in accredited public and private kindergartens with a standard 4-hour program, as well as for students in public and private primary and secondary education, including those in special education, for the school years 2024-2025, 2025-2026, and 2026-2027 in Dolj County. The agreement includes the provision of free milk and dairy products to preschoolers and students, with a daily value limit per child. This limit covers the total purchase price of the products, including VAT, transportation, distribution, and storage costs, as applicable. Estimated quantities and values: Framework agreement - Minimum quantity: 23,730,452 portions; Maximum quantity: 24,988,368 portions; Minimum estimated value: 23,967,756.52 lei excluding VAT; Maximum estimated value: 25,238,251.68 lei excluding VAT. Subsequent contract: Minimum quantity - 5,460,104 portions; Maximum quantity - 9,619,416 portions; Value of the largest subsequent contract: 9,715,610.16 lei excluding VAT. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, according to Article 160, paragraphs (1) and (2) of Law 98/2016. The deadline for submitting clarification requests by economic operators is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarifications/additional information from economic operators 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
