Architectural and Engineering Services for Kersenboogerd Station and Shopping Area

The scope of this contract is threefold: 1) Develop the vision into an urban master plan for the station and shopping area, including concepts, a sketch design, and an integrated preliminary design for public spaces. 2) Create a design ready for tender based on the quality image plan for the redevelopment of public spaces in neighborhoods 3 (Lijster, Ekster, Koolmees), neighborhood 6 (Waterpoort and Nieuwendoorngracht), and neighborhood 9 (Bastion and Kasteellaan). Stakeholder participation, including residents, visitors, travelers, businesses, and property owners, is crucial for this project. 3) Further develop the integrated preliminary design into a detailed design and implementation plan, including a cost estimate appropriate for these design phases.
