Food Supply Contract for Medical Social Assistance Unit in Agigea

This is a framework agreement for the supply of various food products over a period of 24 months. The procurement procedure is divided into several lots: Lot 1 - Dairy products, Lot 2 - Milk and fermented milk, Lot 3 - Milling products, Lot 4 - Bakery products, Lot 5 - Animal products, meat and meat products, Lot 6 - Various food products, Lot 7 - Vegetables, Lot 8 - Fruits, Lot 9 - Canned vegetables and fruits, Lot 10 - Confectionery products. The frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded will depend on the needs, budget approval date, and available funds of the contracting authority. The minimum and maximum values for the smallest and largest subsequent contracts, as well as the framework agreement, are specified in Annex II of the specifications. The minimum and maximum quantities of food for the smallest and largest subsequent contracts and the framework agreement are also specified in Annex II and represent estimates of quantities that may be requested throughout the duration of the framework agreement, not exact quantities to be purchased. The contracting authority estimates that a minimum of 5 subsequent contracts will be signed for each lot during the framework agreement.
