Medical Supplies for Intravenous Procedures

This contract involves the supply of medical devices for intravenous procedures in neurosurgery and interventional neurology for the Mazowiecki Specialist Hospital in Radom. The order consists of 16 parts. The supplied products must be approved for circulation and use in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022. For products not classified as medical devices, a relevant declaration is required as per European directives and the Medical Devices Act. Detailed descriptions of the items are provided in Attachments 1 to 16 of the proposed contract terms.
