Procurement Lifecycle Management System

Servica Oy is seeking to procure a Procurement Lifecycle Management System for its own use, with an option for the North Savo Welfare Area (PSHVA) and the North Karelia Welfare Area (Siun sote). This electronic management system will facilitate the planning of procurements, conducting tenders, managing contracts and suppliers, and reviewing procurement-related reports. The system should be cohesive in its interface and operational logic. If the system consists of modules, they must work seamlessly together, with data automatically transferring between modules at different stages. Servica Oy will conduct procurements both for its own service production and to meet client needs as a joint procurement unit. The system must support joint procurement and lifecycle management. It will primarily be acquired through public procurement processes in accordance with procurement law, and it must support competitive tendering procedures as outlined in the law. The Procurement Lifecycle Management System must also integrate with Hilma (www.hankintailmoitukset.fi).
