City Planning and Landscape Design Framework Contracts

The Department of Urban Development is part of the Construction Directorate of the City of Burgdorf. Its responsibilities include urban, land use, and spatial planning, mobility and traffic planning, managing urban development projects from conception to implementation, as well as designing, initiating, coordinating, and managing participatory processes. The City of Burgdorf regularly requires project managers and subject matter experts to support and relieve the internal project leaders of the Urban Development Department. Currently, these tasks are commissioned on a project basis to different companies. This tender aims to evaluate service providers who can cover the services in the following four areas over a period of 4 years: - Lot 1: Strategic concepts, studies, and planning services in the field of urban planning and development, including open space and mobility as well as traffic planning - Lot 2: Spatial planning services - Lot 3: Project management - Lot 4: Communication, moderation, and participation In Lot 1, framework contracts will be concluded with up to 7 service providers with different core competencies. In Lots 2-4, the aim is to conclude framework contracts with up to 5 service providers per lot. The framework contracts can be optionally extended by 2 years.
