Electricity Supply and Delivery for Commercy-Void-Vaucouleurs Community

The municipalities involved are Cousances les Triconville, Lérouville, Reffroy, and Void-Vacon. Each municipality is responsible for technical oversight (adding or removing sites) and financial management (municipalities will directly pay for the services related to them).
