Travel Agency Services and Related Services – Procurement of Air Tickets for HUN-REN Center

The buyer (Contracting Authority) intends to order services through a booking system managed by the supplier's (Bidder's) staff. The basic services include traditional and discount (low-cost) airline tickets and related services, which encompass all aspects of air travel and directly related services. The description of the services is included in this technical specification and the draft contract. Additional services include: • management of passenger data; • handling insurance matters, including health, accident, and baggage insurance; • management of cancellation and trip interruption insurance; • visa processing if required. The supplier (Bidder) will provide a 24/7 Hungarian-speaking hotline for handling passenger insurance matters. In the case of cancellation insurance for airline tickets, the Bidder must provide a refund percentage specified in their offer to the Supplier. The Contracting Authority is entitled to initiate orders up to a maximum framework amount of 135,000,000 HUF. The Contracting Authority commits to a call obligation up to the framework amount.
