Sweden – Timber – Construction

This procurement is for the needs of the Swedish Armed Forces: - The Swedish Armed Forces (organization number 202100-4615) The goals of the procurement are: I. To acquire building materials (such as plywood, treated wood, battens, panels, lumber, and screws) that meet the requirements of the Armed Forces, particularly those related to shooting ranges and training areas, which are frequent customers in this area. Other operations within the Armed Forces also have needs for building materials. II. To provide the possibility for replenishment of local stock and consumption at the buyer's location. Additionally, there is a possibility for purchases related to specific needs and local procurement, taking into account local conditions and staff working hours. III. To have the option of a personal contact person(s) at a local building supply store and central customer service if needed for general inquiries related to building materials and procurement. IV. To enable the digitization of purchases and orders over time as the buyer identifies opportunities for efficiency in their operations and the supplier has a system to facilitate this. V. To provide support during training activities, considering that Sweden is a NATO member.
