Supply of Laboratory Plastics for Ostrava University

This public procurement contract involves the supply of consumable materials, specifically laboratory plastics, for Ostrava University as part of the LERCO project. The supplies are needed to meet the current operational requirements of the university and its components until December 31, 2027. Detailed specifications for the required supplies are provided in Appendix 1 of the procurement documentation. This contract is funded by the Ministry of the Environment through the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic, under the operational program 'Just Transition', for the project titled 'Life Environment Research Center Ostrava', registration number CZ.10.03.01/00/22_003/0000003. The contract will establish a framework agreement with a single supplier, from which individual supplies will be provided based on the university's operational needs. The execution of the contract will follow the commercial terms set by the buyer (see Article 5 of the procurement documentation) and will be conducted in accordance with Section 132, paragraph 4 of the law, through individual orders placed under the framework agreement without reopening the competition. Orders will be sent in writing, and the winning supplier must confirm the order within 2 working days of receipt, as detailed in Appendix 3 of the procurement documentation – Commercial Terms.
