Supply of Surgical Robot and Operating Table

This contract involves the delivery of a surgical robot and an operating table for the surgical robot as part of the project "Improving the Quality and Accessibility of Oncology Services through the Modernization and Equipping of the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin." This project is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, specifically Component D, which focuses on the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the healthcare system. The buyer requires a minimum warranty period of 24 months for the supplied equipment, starting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. The contractor guarantees the following: a. transportation, installation, and handover of the equipment for use, along with necessary certifications and attestations for providing health services; b. connection of the supplied equipment to the buyer's existing PACS/RIS system and configuration for proper operation; c. a perpetual license for the supplied software appropriate for the equipment; d. repair service during the warranty period, which includes regular maintenance checks as per manufacturer requirements, repairs, and provision of spare parts and materials needed for these services, as well as extending the warranty for the duration of any equipment downtime due to warranty repairs; e. training for staff on the operation of the equipment, including guidelines for minimizing electricity and water consumption and waste generation.
