Supply of Network Infrastructure Materials in the Czech Republic

This contract involves the supply of materials for network infrastructure. It outlines the conditions for awarding individual contracts for the provision of services under a framework purchase agreement, which is attached as Appendix 2 of these terms. The execution of these contracts will be based on individual purchase orders. Orders will be placed during the validity of the framework purchase agreement, and it is specified that the actual delivery may extend beyond the duration of the framework agreement, provided it is awarded in accordance with the framework agreement. A detailed specification of the items to be supplied, including their detailed specifications, is provided in Appendix 2 of these terms, which includes a list and price calculations for the goods.
