Sludge Treatment Services in Hungary

This contract involves the utilization and transportation of dewatered fermentation sludge from the Pécs wastewater treatment plant. The total budget for this framework agreement is 750,000,000 HUF (net). The contract will be valid for a fixed term of 36 months from the date of commencement, or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. The contractor is obligated to utilize 70% of the budget. During the contract period, the successful bidder will be responsible for processing 12,700 tons of sludge per year, with a possible variation of plus or minus 30% over the entire contract duration. The successful bidder must organize the transportation of the sludge to the composting site, including pickup, loading, and transport from the wastewater treatment plant. The equipment and capacity of the successful bidder must be adequate to meet maximum demand. The successful bidder must also possess valid transportation and handling permits for the specified quantity, as well as any necessary regulatory approvals to ensure they are authorized to carry out the sludge utilization process.
