Medical Supplies Contract for Surgical Devices

This contract is for the supply of medical devices for phacoemulsification and vitrectomy, as well as customized surgical kits. Biomedical equipment related to the supplies for lots 1 and 2 will be provided to the establishment under a Maintenance and Delivery Agreement (MAD). For the CHRU of Nancy, the MAD contract model is attached as 'DT_RepTech_Contrat MAD'. This contract will be signed by both parties and will be an integral part of the agreement. For the hospitals in Toul and Lunéville, a MAD contract will be established at the start of the agreement, outlining the delivery and maintenance of the equipment. This contract will also be signed by both parties and will be part of the overall agreement.
