Vinyl Materials Supply for Sign Services

The London Borough of Hackney is inviting suppliers to submit quotations for the provision of vinyl materials specifically for its Sign Services section. This contract will last for 24 months, and the chosen supplier will work closely with the Council's Contract Manager to ensure smooth operations. Deliveries must be made within the London Borough of Hackney and should occur within 28 calendar days from the issuance of the Purchase Order, unless an earlier delivery is agreed upon for specific orders. All costs, including delivery, loading, and offloading, must be included in the quoted prices; no additional charges will be accepted. Suppliers must use the ProContract electronic Procurement Portal for all communications and quotation submissions. Direct contact with any member of the Authority regarding the procurement process is not permitted, except through the messaging function on the Procurement Portal.
