Personal Skills Development Training for Young People Aged 16-19 in West Lothian

West Lothian Council's Education Services, on behalf of the West Lothian Local Employability Partnership, is seeking a third sector training provider consortium or single organisation to deliver a personal skills development programme. The programme will support vulnerable and economically inactive young people aged 16-19 who are residents of West Lothian, helping them develop essential skills and progress along the employment pipeline.
