Medical Supplies for Hemodialysis

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of solutions and medical products for the Dialysis Department at "Dr. Asen Velev" Hospital. The contract duration is 24 months, starting from the signing of the contract with the selected supplier, with periodic deliveries based on the hospital's needs. Suppliers must propose a delivery time not exceeding 5 calendar days from the receipt of a written request. The procedure includes 12 specific lots, some with sub-lots. Bids can be submitted for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Participation in a specific lot is comprehensive, requiring suppliers to cover all sub-lots within that lot. Suppliers must submit only one bid and are not allowed to present alternatives. Samples of the offered medical products must be provided in original packaging by the bid submission deadline, clearly labeled with the manufacturer and the supplier's branding. Samples should be delivered to the administrative building of the hospital in Razlog. Each participant must include a certified copy of an authorization letter from the manufacturer or their representative, granting them the right to trade the products. If the authorization is from a representative, a document proving their authority must also be provided.
