Urban Planning Services for Moara de Vânt Area in Iași

This contract seeks suppliers to provide urban planning services, including obtaining necessary approvals and conducting specialized studies for the preparation of the Urban Zoning Plan (PUZ) for the Moara de Vânt area up to the administrative boundary of Aroneanu-Popricani. The project is part of the 2025 investment objectives for the Municipality of Iași, focusing on the Cicoarei and Moara de Vânt areas. Key tasks include: aligning with the city's General Urban Plan (PUG) and existing urban planning documents, functional zoning and compatibility of uses (residential, mixed-use, services, public facilities, green spaces), organizing circulation networks and connectivity, establishing urban indicators and regulations for proposed sub-zones, ensuring public utilities (water, sewage, energy, gas, telecommunications, public lighting) are in place, creating a coherent network of public and green spaces, addressing land legal status and circulation, implementing environmental protection measures, and considering specific site conditions and historical heritage requirements. Note: Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to these requests 11 days before the deadline.
