Craft and Art Supplies Procurement

This notice pertains to the joint procurement of craft, handicraft, and art supplies organized by Tuomi Logistiikka Oy. The procurement serves a wide public sector clientele, including the city of Tampere and the welfare areas of Pirkanmaa, South Ostrobothnia, and Kanta-Häme. The products are intended to support creative, educational, and rehabilitative activities across various services. End users of the products include people of all ages, and they will be widely used in areas such as: - early childhood education, basic education, and secondary education, - rehabilitative and stimulating activities in social and health services (e.g., hospitals and care homes), and - workshops and activity centers. The procurement is divided into categories based on product groups: 1) Craft supplies 2) Art supplies 3) Handicraft supplies. Suppliers can offer for one (1) or more categories. A supplier may be selected as a provider for 1-3 categories. The procurement will be conducted as a framework arrangement. Three (3) contract suppliers will be selected for each category based on overall economic advantage. The actual contract period is set to begin on February 1, 2026 (target date) and will last for 12 months. The procurement may be extended at the buyer's discretion with an indefinite option period. The estimated annual value of the procurement, excluding VAT, is 250,000 euros. The maximum value of purchases based on the framework arrangement is 1,100,000 euros (excluding VAT).
