The project involves the construction of the Integrated Child Center in Sloterdijk Zuid I, which includes several key tasks: designing parking areas, site layout, and buildings; obtaining necessary permits; carrying out construction work; performing electrical and mechanical engineering tasks; executing civil engineering work; completing fixed installations (such as carpentry); delivering the Integrated Child Center to the municipality of Amsterdam; providing a 12-month service and maintenance period post-completion (including monitoring); maintaining the facility for 2 years, with an option to extend this period for an additional 10 years; and guaranteeing energy volumes and costs related to building energy for 2 years, with an option to extend this period for an additional 10 years.
