Procurement of Classroom Equipment in Hungary

This contract involves the procurement of classroom equipment divided into four parts: 1. Classroom Equipment Part 1, 2. Classroom Equipment Part 2 - Mobile Phones, 3. Classroom Equipment Part 3 - Smartwatches and Heart Rate Monitors, 4. Classroom Equipment Part 4 - Tablets. Only new equipment is accepted for bidding. New equipment is defined as items that have never been used, installed, or utilized as demonstration or trial equipment. Used or refurbished items are not accepted. The offered equipment must meet the technical specifications outlined in the procurement documents. All bids must include a completed pricing table (.xls) for each part, with mandatory pricing for all items listed. The total price must include all costs related to the delivery (e.g., shipping, warranty, etc.), and these should not be itemized separately. The exact names and quantities of the goods to be delivered are detailed in the technical description and professional offer documents (.doc). The pricing table (.xls) and the technical and professional offer (.doc) are considered professional offers, and any missing information regarding the specific manufacturer, origin, and type cannot be supplemented. However, if the offered goods can be clearly identified without this information, the opportunity for supplementation is provided. If the submitted offer includes the manufacturer, type, and origin, any content errors or omissions can be corrected or supplemented according to the relevant regulations. Evaluation method: for all parts, the first evaluation criterion uses inverse proportionality, and the second criterion uses direct proportionality. The minimum score is 0, and the maximum score is 10.
