Construction Project for Modernization of Orthopedic Surgery Department

This contract involves the complete execution of a construction project for the modernization of the Orthopedic Surgery and Oncology Department at the M. Kopernik High Center in Łódź, Poland. The contractor will be responsible for several key tasks, including: 1) Developing a comprehensive construction project, including technical specifications and obtaining necessary building permits; 2) Carrying out construction and installation work based on the approved project; 3) Notifying the relevant authorities about the start and completion of work and obtaining any required legal permits; 4) Securing all necessary approvals for the project, including those related to radiation safety for medical diagnostics and therapy; 5) Providing oversight during the project as required by Polish construction law; 6) Organizing and conducting necessary tests, measurements, and final inspections of the completed work. Detailed project requirements are outlined in the attached documents, including the Functional-Utility Program and the contract template. Suppliers are required to submit bids for the entire scope of the project.
