Poland – Software Maintenance and Repair Services

The contract involves providing services for the construction, modification, development, and maintenance of information systems for the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. These systems support the implementation of programs co-financed by EU funds. Detailed specifications are provided in Annex 1 of the procurement documents. After the contract is signed, the terms will be included as an attachment. The contracting authority does not foresee the possibility of awarding contracts as mentioned in Article 214, paragraphs 1, points 7 and 8 of the law. A site visit by the contractor is not planned, but the contractor may review necessary documents on-site at the contracting authority's location, as described in Article 131, paragraph 2, point 2 of the law. Access to system documentation will be provided as outlined in Chapter 3, point 3.6 of the procurement documents. A bid security is required, as well as a performance guarantee. The contracting authority reserves the right to first evaluate and assess bids before qualifying the contractor.
