Brief
The supplier is responsible for the ownership transfer, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the specified equipment in this technical description, as well as providing specific training on the use of the equipment at the buyer's site. The winning supplier is also responsible for delivering the necessary connecting cables, screws, and brackets for installation. The buyer expects a 36-month warranty on all products. Delivery, installation, and training must be completed within 90 days from the contract's effective date. The buyer accepts early performance. The offered equipment must be new and unused prior to delivery. Total hours: 5 x 8 hours (40 hours) Schedule: 5 consecutive working days. Detailed conditions are in the procurement documents. The buyer also accepts equivalent (similar to the reference equipment, but different types offered by the supplier, yet identical in usage and handling) equipment based on the parameters specified in the Technical Description. The supplier is responsible for and bears the cost of proving equivalence.
