Medical Equipment and Supplies for Cardiac Surgery Clinic

This contract involves the purchase and delivery of medical equipment and supplies for the Cardiac Surgery Clinic as part of the project aimed at improving the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of specialized healthcare services at the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Kielce. The required items include: 1) Circulatory support system – 1 unit 2) Vital signs monitor – 1 unit 3) Telemetry monitor with server connection – 1 unit 4) Ventilator – 6 units 5) Thromboelastometry analyzer with printer and cassette set – 1 unit 6) Left ventricular assist device – 1 unit 7) Muscle relaxation measurement device – 1 unit 8) Intra-aortic balloon pump console – 2 units 9) Electric adjustable bed (4 sections) – 12 units 10) Electric adjustable bed – 21 units 11) Dual-chamber pacemaker – 3 units. All equipment must be brand new, unused, and not demonstrative. Detailed descriptions and quantities are specified in Attachments 2.1-2.11 of the procurement documents. Information regarding delivery terms, warranty, and payment is included in Attachment 3 of the procurement documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the proposed contract terms if one contractor is awarded multiple tasks under this procurement process. The items must comply with the 'Do No Significant Harm' (DNSH) principle as per Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, which is relevant to the funding from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). This principle ensures that no significant harm occurs to EU environmental objectives at any stage of the contract execution, including production, delivery, use, and potential disposal.
