Software Subscription and Support Services for Cisco Systems

This contract involves the procurement of software licenses and support services for the General Directorate of State Forests in Poland. Specifically, it includes: 1) Providing subscription licenses under the Enterprise Agreement for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager system, along with 12 months of technical support from the manufacturer. A detailed list of licenses is available in Table 1 of Annex 1 to the procurement documentation. 2) Providing subscription licenses under the standard licensing plan for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express system, also with 12 months of technical support from the manufacturer. A detailed list of licenses is available in Table 2 of Annex 1 to the procurement documentation. 3) Offering non-manufacturer support services for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager system for a period of 12 months. 4) Offering non-manufacturer support services for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express system for a period of 12 months.
