Pharmaceutical Products Supply for Health Programs

This contract involves the ongoing supply of pharmaceutical products for health programs to the Health Care Facility Team in Cieszyn. The contract is divided into 52 parts, each representing a separate item. A detailed description of the items, including expected demand, is provided in Appendix 2 of the Terms of Reference – Price Form. Deliveries will occur progressively during the contract period based on written orders from the Hospital Pharmacy of the contracting authority. Partial bids are allowed, meaning suppliers can submit offers for one or more parts. The contracting authority will select a contractor for each part individually. The conditions that deliveries must meet are outlined in section III.3 of the Terms of Reference. The contracting authority informs that it is currently executing and will continue to execute contracts with the National Health Fund under health programs during the contract period. Therefore, it requires the offered pharmaceutical products to be included in the list of reimbursed medicines, special dietary food products, and medical devices published by the Minister of Health, at prices not exceeding the official price and within the funding limit.
