Hazardous Waste Management Services in Norway

The contracting authority, Attvin AS, is seeking to establish a framework agreement with a single supplier for the collection, transportation, and treatment of hazardous waste. This procurement aims to ensure that hazardous waste generated by customers is managed safely and efficiently. If new types of hazardous waste arise during the contract period, the supplier may be required to provide proposals for handling these materials, ensuring that pricing remains consistent with existing waste types. The authority retains the right to either accept these proposals or to seek competitive bids for new waste types separately. Additionally, there are optional services available, including training courses and packaging solutions, which suppliers can voluntarily offer. This contract is valued at 12 million euros and is published on the TED platform.
