This public procurement procedure represents the assignment of part (Specific Positions No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7) of a public procurement with the subject: OP No. 1: Implementation of activities for organization and management of energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Plovdiv, "Eastern" district, "Lotus" St. 1; OP No. 2: Implementation of activities for organization and management of energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Plovdiv, "Eastern" district, "General Radko Dimitriev" St. No. 13, 15, 17; OP No. 3: Implementation of activities for organization and management of energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Plovdiv, "Eastern" district, "Slavjanska" St. 93; OP No. 4: Implementation of activities for organization and management of energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Plovdiv, "Eastern" district, "Eastern" Blvd. No. 12, 14, 16, 18; OP No. 5: Implementation of activities for organization and management of energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Plovdiv, "Eastern" district, "Ralitsa" St. No. 12, 14, 16; OP No. 6: Implementation of activities for organization and management of energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Plovdiv, "Eastern" district, "Eastern" Blvd. 80; OP No. 7: Implementation of activities for organization and management of energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Plovdiv, "Eastern" district, "Landos" St. No. 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15; OP No. 8: Implementation of activities for organization and management of energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Plovdiv, "Eastern" district, "General Radko Dimitriev" St. No. 27, 29, 31; OP No. 9: Implementation of activities for organization and management of energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Plovdiv, "Eastern" district, "General Radko Dimitriev" St. No. 23, 25; OP No. 10: Implementation of activities for organization and management of energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located at: Plovdiv, "Eastern" district, "Basilik" St. No. 2 and "Bunaya" St. No. 1, 3, 5. Based on Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act: Specific Positions No. 8, 9, and 10 will be assigned according to their independent value, namely according to Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act - directly. The estimated value of this public procurement is the estimated value of Specific Positions No. 1-7. The public procurement is implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria, priority axis – Low Carbon Economy, under the procedure with code BG-RRP-4.023 – "Support for Sustainable Energy Renovation of the Residential Building Stock - STAGE I", through non-repayable financial assistance from the funds of the European Union (EU). By assigning the activities for the specific positions of this public procurement, the contracting authority aims for quality project management and successful implementation of the included activities. Within this public procurement, the contracting authority will select a contractor to provide external experts to fill the following positions: Project Manager; Project Coordinator; Technical Project Expert / Construction Expert; Lawyer; Financial Expert / Accountant.
