Medical Equipment Supply for Zabrze Specialist Hospital

This contract involves the supply of professional surgical and laryngological medical products for the Zabrze Specialist Hospital. The procurement is divided into five packages: 1. Package 1: Gastric balloons and balloon removal kits. 2. Package 2: Voice prostheses, laser tubes, and equipment. 3. Package 3: Staplers, loads, hernia meshes, and laser tubes. 4. Package 4: Laparoscopic bipolar tools and optical trocars. 5. Package 5: Curved circular stapler and endoscopic stapler loads. Detailed specifications can be found in Annex 3 of the procurement documents. All medical products must comply with Polish and EU regulations, including the Medical Devices Act and relevant health ministry regulations. Additionally, products must have UDI codes on labels and packaging for certain classes of medical devices.
