Framework Agreement for Diesel Supply (EN 590) in Czech Republic (2026-2030)

This public procurement contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the supply of diesel fuel according to the standard ČSN EN 590+A1. The agreement includes transportation and delivery of the fuel to the buyer's storage facilities in the required quantity and quality. The diesel to be supplied will be categorized by quality and seasonal requirements: from October 1 to November 15, Class D diesel (-10°C), from November 16 to March 21, Class F diesel (-20°C), from March 22 to April 21, Class D diesel (-10°C), and from April 22 to September 30, Class B diesel. The buyer will enter into a framework agreement with a single supplier whose offer is deemed the most advantageous and meets all legal and documentation requirements. Subsequent individual contracts will be awarded based on this framework agreement without reopening the competition, ensuring efficient and flexible procurement according to the buyer's needs throughout the agreement's duration. The framework agreement does not entitle the supplier to any deliveries without further orders.
