Catering Services for Hospital Patients in Tulcea

The contracting authority is seeking to procure catering services for the preparation and transportation of food for patients admitted to the Tulcea County Emergency Hospital. The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring continuous food supply for hospitalized patients and on-duty doctors at the hospital, daily, according to a schedule set by the contracting authority. The services must meet specific caloric, quantitative, qualitative, and dietary requirements, in compliance with the provisions of Government Decision No. 470 from April 21, 2021, which modifies Government Decision No. 429/2008 regarding food allocations for collective consumption in public healthcare units. At the end of this procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be established for a period of 48 months with a maximum of three economic operators. The minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement, as well as for subsequent contracts, are specified in the Terms of Reference. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Clarifications can be requested up to 18 days before the submission deadline.
