Vehicle Supply Contract for the Municipality of Leiden

The Municipality of Leiden is issuing this tender for the supply of passenger and commercial vehicles to support municipal operations. These vehicles will be used for various tasks within the organization and will be part of the existing fleet of approximately 130 vehicles. Currently, vehicles are often procured separately and by vehicle category, which leads to repetitive tendering processes and creates a relatively high administrative and organizational burden for both the municipality and market participants. This tender aims to establish a more efficient and future-proof procurement structure, ensuring the supply of vehicles through framework agreements for multiple years.
