Land and Property Valuation Services for Highways

The National Audit Office (NAO) has awarded a contract to Knight Frank LLP for land and property valuation services under Lot 5: Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders of the Crown Commercial Services Estate Management Services framework. Knight Frank LLP will provide independent expert assessments to help the NAO evaluate the Valuation Office Agency's (VOA) work as the management expert for Highways England regarding land and property valuations. This contract is set to begin on May 30, 2025, for an initial period of two years, with the possibility of a one-year extension until May 29, 2028. The total contract value is £150,000, including VAT.
