Piped Medical Gases and Vacuum Systems Maintenance Services

This goods contract covers the maintenance of piped medical gases and vacuum systems across three healthcare sites: RLI, WGH, and FGH. The successful contractor will provide scheduled preventive maintenance plus ad-hoc emergency repairs as needed, with pricing required for both planned and unplanned work. Key requirements include: no subcontracting permitted; strict adherence to the technical specification (variant bids will result in exclusion); availability for out-of-hours work; and coordination with theatre staff to arrange quarterly AGSS (automated gas supply system) checks and annual LEV (local exhaust ventilation) testing outside normal operating hours.
