The London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) has partnered with the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) to conduct a joint procurement for recruitment marketing solutions. This framework is designed to provide services in three key areas: 1. **Interim Recruitment**: Temporary staffing solutions to meet immediate needs. 2. **Permanent Recruitment**: Services to find and hire full-time employees. 3. **HR Marketing, Advertising, and Public Notices**: Strategies and services for promoting job vacancies and enhancing employer branding. The Framework Agreement will be effective from November 9, 2025, to November 10, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional 24 months, subject to annual reviews and performance evaluations. This framework is available for use by all public sector bodies in the UK, including local authorities, educational institutions, police and fire services, NHS organizations, registered charities, and central government departments.
