Building Materials Supply Framework

STAR Procurement is inviting tenders for a 48-month framework agreement to supply building materials and related services. This opportunity is open to organizations that can provide a variety of materials as specified in the procurement documents. The Procurement Partnership Limited (TPPL) will act as an agent for STAR, managing the tender process, evaluating submissions, overseeing the framework, conducting mini-competitions, assisting with direct awards, and collecting related fees. This agreement will be available for use by all STAR member authorities and contracting authorities across the UK, including registered social landlords, local authorities, government departments, NHS bodies, emergency services, educational institutions, and registered charities that require these supplies and services.
