This contract provides support for residential heat network billing operations. The service provider will collect, manage, and report heat consumption data while maintaining compliance with Ofgem regulations and industry standards. Key responsibilities include implementing remote meter reading capabilities with high data accuracy, installing wireless connectivity hardware where required, and minimizing new meter installations through efficient deployment strategies. The contract runs for 3 years with an optional extension period of up to 2 additional years at the City's discretion. Qualified suppliers should demonstrate experience in heat metering technology, data management systems, regulatory compliance, and residential utility services.
