Solar PV and Battery System Installation at Middletons Yard

Request for Quotation to design, supply, and install solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays and battery systems at two locations (83-83a and 87 Bridge Street) within a budget of £46,250. The contractor must optimize the design to maximize financial returns and reduce running costs. Key responsibilities include: conducting an electrical survey, submitting a G99 grid connection application, designing and sizing the PV array and battery system, specifying an appropriate inverter, integrating with existing electrical infrastructure, and performing installation with full testing and certification. All works must comply with Planning Permission, Building Regulations Part P, and electrical standards. The contractor is responsible for obtaining necessary approvals, conducting any required surveys, and providing comprehensive CAD designs. Upon completion, the contractor must deliver an MCS Certificate, Electrical Installation Certificate, Building Regulations notification, DNO Connection Letter, manufacturer warranties, system manuals, and electrical schematics. An initial structural survey is provided for reference only; the contractor remains solely responsible for verifying structural adequacy and all design calculations.
