Coventry City Council Taxi Services Framework

Coventry City Council has established an Open Framework Agreement for the provision of taxi services, including home to school transport, for eligible individuals and students. The framework was established in July 2025 and is open to qualified taxi service providers and transport operators. The framework reopens for new tenderers and applications every 12 months, allowing both existing and new suppliers to bid for inclusion. This is an ongoing opportunity for taxi operators to secure contracts for passenger transport services within Coventry. Interested suppliers should have appropriate licensing, insurance, and safeguarding certifications, particularly for school transport provision.
