Pharmogenomics Testing Laboratory Services for 6,500 UK and Ireland Participants

The iMPROVE project seeks to appoint one or more qualified laboratories to provide end-to-end genomic testing services. The contract requires delivery of genomic variant data analysis for approximately 6,500 participants across the UK and Ireland, specifically in Northern Ireland (counties Londonderry and Tyrone) and the Republic of Ireland (counties Donegal and Sligo). The genomic testing will support a research implementation study designed to integrate pharmacogenomic testing into patient-centred medicines optimisation care pathways in general practice settings. Suppliers should be capable of handling large-scale genomic sequencing, variant calling, quality assurance, and providing actionable pharmacogenomic reports to support clinical decision-making in primary care. Experience with multi-site clinical genomics projects and familiarity with UK and Irish healthcare standards is advantageous.
