Software Support Services for Integrated IT System

The National Blood Supply Service is seeking a supplier to provide software support, operation, and user assistance for the eProgesa software, which is part of its Integrated IT System (IIR). This includes support for the following modules over a 48-month period: 1. Network Module (Version V5.0.3 SP21.1) and its interfaces; 2. Laptop Module (Version V5.0.3 SP21.1) and its interfaces; 3. NEAK Module (Version V5.0.3 SP21.1) and its interfaces; 4. DWP Module Mobile Application (Version V5.0.3 SP21.1) and its interfaces. References to specific brands, origins, or types in the call for proposals and procurement documents are made solely for the purpose of clearly and understandably defining the subject of the procurement. The contracting authority accepts products that are equivalent in all respects according to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30).
